At ICONOFLASH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate a Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and include the packing slip provided in your return confirmation email.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

Drop Off and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt for tracking purposes until your refund is processed.
